Dear Ms Renardson. First let me apologize for the issues you had with your Hyundai. I do not know why the Hyundai dealer told you that you needed brakes when in fact you did not. The vehicle was in our shop 9/3/14 and the front brake pad width was 4mm and the rear was 6mm. These measurements do not require a brake pad change. Furthermore, how can you say that you did not need a tire when clearly there was a nail in the sidewall which you declined to replace. Your car was scanned with a OBD scanner and showed a code of P2105 which read a throttle body issue. It is possible that the PCM was causing this as there was also a P0605 code malfunction that indicates a possible PCM error. Although our technicians are trained professionals, they specialize in our product which is Nissan. I am glad that Hyundai was able to warranty the PCM and once again I apologize for any misunderstanding.
