Steve was amazing ,friendly, and got me in and out quick. My car battery was dead and I was almost frantic. When I called Steve answered and was very calm and very accommodating. I wanted to do some research first and he was so nice and friendly. I did my research and called back and Steve said he could take me in now. I got a jump and headed over. Because I have the breathalyzer in my car, Steve was able to put the battery in without me having to move my car again. The price and courtesy was second to none. I won't ever bring my car anywhere else. You guys are the best!!! More

Always Talked Down to Went to service center for oil change as part of a pre-paid service plan that I purchased with the new Rogue. Everytime I go there when I report a pro Went to service center for oil change as part of a pre-paid service plan that I purchased with the new Rogue. Everytime I go there when I report a problem I am treated like I dont know what I am talking about. First it was a coolant smell now a drivers power window that is not operating correctly. I was told by the service rep oh they dont work the same in the cold. Even though I showed him all the other windows were operating fine. Mind you it was only in the 50s not below freezing. So I get an oil change and they "lubricated window" but upon inspection there was no change. He told me, oh it takes a couple of days for the lubricant to get in there and besides dont worry you have plenty of warranty left. I am 9,000 away from warranty expiring. So that's only one more oil change. I believe my window was not even touched in the amount of time my vehicle was done. Not to mention last oil change I marked my tires and they were not rotated like I paid for with the service plan. I can't wait for this service plan to be over and I will never buy another service plan with a vehicle again. More
