Definitely not trustworthy or appreciative of your business. I have been having an ongoing issue with my 2017 ALTIMA in regard to the blower fan. I brought my vehicle in twice to get it resolved and twice I was I have been having an ongoing issue with my 2017 ALTIMA in regard to the blower fan. I brought my vehicle in twice to get it resolved and twice I was told that it was not covered under warranty.Upon speaking to the service manager after my last visit i was told that the reason its not covered under warranty is because they assumed that debris was caught in the blower cage.At no point in time was the vehicle diagnosed to determine that and the decision was based on an assumption from hearing the noise it was making upon turning on the AC.I was told that it would be 195 dollars to clean the assumed debris in the blower cage and that it was not covered under warranty.The way my concerns were handled were not what i expected and i certainly will never bring in my car for service their ever again.Their disregard for customer concerns is appalling.I intended to trade my vehicle in for a new 2019 ALTIMA soon but i will take my business elsewhere. More
