No appointment but still great service! My brand new car lost all audio functions. I came in without an appointment but I was made to feel important and was immediately taken care of. I was told they would assess the problem and I may have to make an appointment but that was not the case. After about an hour, several visits from one of the service guys with a series of questions they were able to solve my problem! I was very happy and impressed. More

The service adviser let me know that I was due for another service (tire rotation) and asked if I wanted to have that done at the same time. Everyone there is pleasant and helpful. More
