Curry Nissan never ceases to amaze me. Customer service is very important to me. He was friendly and caring and thought of all the little things that most salesreps wouldn't have thought of. Alex was very knowledgeable about the Nissan product, Socially skilled and professional. Finance Dept, not so good. Only looked for better rate (we both have good credit) when pressured (after telling u Socially skilled and professional. Finance Dept, not so good. Only looked for better rate (we both have good credit) when pressured (after telling us it was “the best rate available”), didn’t give us copies of credit reports nor did he review them and couldn’t produce a printed receipt of our deposit. Then forgot to have us sign paperwork on our trade in vehicle which had to be done later on. Really, it’s too bad as it spoiled an otherwise decent experience. More
