I emphasize "family", because on the corporate level there have been Hondas and Nissans and Isuzus, but the highest of levels of customer interest and care, product quality and level of service are all about family - not corporate - values. You obviously hire and train your staff with that in mind as the primary quality needed for the job. From the initial welcome through the "goodbye wave", I was treated with friendly personal interest, made comfortable in the Service Lobby and kept informed regularly as to my vehicle's status. If there was a delay, or in my case, a newly issued software update needed, they informed me and explained the "whys" and the "whats" and the "whens". Great people! Great job! Great product! Ray in the body shop was professional and walked me through the process and worked with me and the service department to get a tow package installed at the same time. I cant sayenough good things about the whole experiance from the body shop and from Stephen in the service dept. great people with good attitudes and great customer service. every deralership could learn some things from Curry Nissan in Chicopee.
