Relatively Easy. I went to check out a used car and was greeted immediately by a friendly, smiling face. Alex showed me two cars...one of which was not the right colo I went to check out a used car and was greeted immediately by a friendly, smiling face. Alex showed me two cars...one of which was not the right color. The second was clean, with low mileage, which is what I wanted, and it looked pretty good on the outside as well. Small scratch on the passenger side, but Alex assured me it would be touched up. After a quick test drive, I was aware this was the car for me. The paperwork, on a Sunday, took less time than expected. Shane made it as quick as possible and I left feeling good about the purchase. Although I was scheduled to pick up my car on Monday, because of my insurance company, I had to wait until Tuesday. Alex picked me up at home and drove me to the dealership. I received my car and was on my way home in less than an hour. More
