13,000 mile check I was greeted very well by April, was told about a recall that I knew nothing about, requested an inspection at the same time as tune up, which was gr I was greeted very well by April, was told about a recall that I knew nothing about, requested an inspection at the same time as tune up, which was granted, however, with recall added on the visit took over 2 1/2 hours. April was forth coming with every minute I was there, offered shuttle to go shopping, etc. All in all very good experience, just wish I'd known it would have been such a long wait. April did explain that I probably wasn't informed of length of stay due to me booking appt for service online. I guess next time I'll call vs doing online. More

excellent service I brought my car in due to the front end making a bit of noise and found out that the car needed to have some front end work. I am so thankful that w I brought my car in due to the front end making a bit of noise and found out that the car needed to have some front end work. I am so thankful that we purchased an additional warrenty because the thousand and some dollars worth of work that was needed completing only cost me a $50.00dollar deductable. I was able to use a rental car that I picked up right there and dropped it off when my car was fixed. More
