Curry Nissan Chicopee should be the model all dealerships strive to be like. These are genuine people who understand the value of customer retention and the importance of word of mouth. After a grueling week visitng dealerships, I landed at Curry Nissan and met Peter, who I instantly liked. I felt comfortable enough to trust and refer friends and family. I spent a good amount of time there due to my insurance agent having a bad day causing delays on some forms. Peter and Tiffany both cared enough to make phone calls to the insurance. Even financial Tom is very personable and likable. Customers I spoke to all had positive things to say about the service and staff. This was a rare enjoyable experience and was almost sad to leave. Most importantly is I love my Nissan Rogue and feel I got a fair deal. I did not feel overwhelmed or intimidated. Curry Nissan Chicopee was very clean, by far the cleanest dealership I saw during the week and all employees I spoke to were personable. Peter, Tom, and Tiffany gave me a pleasant experience. I'll say again, I love my Nissan Rogue and no regrets. Thanks Peter! More
