Terrible experience at Curry Hyundai's service department I brought my car in for service at Curry Hyundai. This was my first mistake. I received the car back 2 days later and was In shock when I saw the cond I brought my car in for service at Curry Hyundai. This was my first mistake. I received the car back 2 days later and was In shock when I saw the condition they left my vehicle in. The interior of the car is absolutely DESTROYED. There is oil, grease and dirt all over my door pannel, drivers seat, and passenger seat. When I brought this to the service managers attention, he told me that he "covered the seats himself" and "took them off himself" so there was no possible way it was them who dirtied my seats. As I was trying to explain to him that I would gain nothing out of ruining my own seats, I was countered with nothing but sarcasm and a nasty attitude. Absolutely terrible customer service from Curry Hyundai. If I could give a negative rating I would. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere to avoid the drama I'm currently forced to deal with. More

I trusted him and he didn't try and yeah me beyond my comfort zone. I told him point blank what I was looking for and he didn't bs me-not only did he find me my male model within an hour of my lease agreement, he got it to the dealership within 36 hours of my first visit and thankfully, because of his efforts, I made it to my family vacation on time, comfortably, personally and financially. I'd recommend Scott and curry Hyundai for any person looking for an honest straight shooter. No games, just first class services. I dealt with Steve in finances-he eventually got on the same page, but he seemed disingenuous and couldn't give me a detailed, sensible answer to the explanation of my questions regarding DMV fees. Even after we got on the sane page he tried to upsell me and wouldn't give Me honest advice without his quota in mind. He wasn't a bad experience, just what I expected from a car dealership-beyond this, I have nothing but great experiences when th curry Hyundai-kind, attentive, invested employees-who care about to doing a good job and making you feel like you're they're only client., More
