Tommy Jordan at the Service Dept was obnoxious and ver very rude. Our second day from leasing the hyundai Tuscon the breaking feature for accidents was not working. Tommy Jordan right away said”well you are here and not in an accident so we will not check it” we explained that we drove 70 miles to test it. He again refused to check it until his manager came. Not only that when he called for us to pick it up, he said they Didn’t test drive it or check it. They only changed the sensitivity level on it. when we told him we want him to test drive it to check it he said “i am not going to do that! I am not going to drive it erratically like you”. This is uncalled for. He has no idea how we test drove it. More

My poor salesman had to spend over an hour to set me up with that when I finally left I forgot to ask him how to adjust the steering wheel which i couldn't figure out as i was driving home. Also my mirrors were all off and there were no inside lights on the buttons to see the buttons to adjust them. I still don't know if my phone and gps is working right. I think a special tech guy who knows this stuff inside out and who could explain it to old people who are intimidated by all this technology, would be a big help. Otherwise I really apprciated my salesmans effort and the what he did do. I have a lot more to learn with these new cars. But I am very happy with the car.. One more thing. I wish dealerships would be up front when i ask them what fees are added to the price. Tell say none and then when you go pick up the car they tell you otherwise. But i guess that's the way business works. If everyone was totally honest little business would occur. More
