15 years of Customer Loyalty Speaks for Itself It is difficult for anyone to have trust in anything these days, but for the last 15 years I have never doubted the Service Department at Curry Honda. They are the one place I can depend on to not only find whatever problem I have with my car but to fix it as well. There Customer support has not just been limited to my car but to me personally. Their dedication to excellent automobile service as well as customer service is what keeps me coming back year after year. Thank you to Chris Ford, Sarah Stewart and his ENTIRE team from the front to the back for making sure that my car(s) have always runs in top condition and most of all for always being honest and working with me through good and bad times. Fantastic Customer Care On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I ha On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I had the car towed to Curry Honda and assumed that the repairs would be covered under my warranty since the car was so new. Unfortunately, I learned that the warranty people do not consider curb damage to be a road hazard and would not cover it. Craig Hollis, once again came to my rescue. In consultation with the owner of Curry Honda it was decided that since my car was so new and that I was such a good customer that Honda would cover the cost of the repairs and also pay for my rental car while the repairs were being made. I am eternally grateful to Craig Hollis and Curry Honda for the generosity and fantastic customer care. More
