Quick and Easy Great experience. I called and made an appointment at a time that worked with my schedule. Once there they had me set up in less than 5 minutes and Great experience. The staff is very accommodating and if the shuttle driver is not available to take you Curry Honda has well trained customer service representatives. The staff is very accommodating and if the shuttle driver is not available to take you they will call an Uber for you free of charge. And Bernard the shuttle driver is great! More

Thoughtful service staff! I was contacted today concerning my service appointment. The attendant was detailed and informed me of the maintenance and prices that my care would n I was contacted today concerning my service appointment. The attendant was detailed and informed me of the maintenance and prices that my care would need based upon the mileage. He shared other tips that would benefit my service experience as well as confirmed that a free multi-point inspection would be performed as well. Hoping the movie lives up to the trailer! =D More

Sales is great, service department is terrible. My husband and I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV and had a wonderful experience with the sales department. However, when we drove off the lot we noticed a My husband and I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV and had a wonderful experience with the sales department. However, when we drove off the lot we noticed a strange noise coming from the brakes so we returned a few days later to have it checked out (with an early appointment). Come to find out the brakes and rotors had to be replaced. My husband spent 8 hours waiting for the repair to be done. Although we were not happy with the wait we decided to try again when we had to have a piece on the bumper repaired that we knew needed to be repaired at the previous appointment. It was under warranty so we wanted to get it taken care of. They told us they had to order the part and would contact us so we could come in. We never got a call. We finally were tired of waiting and decided to make an appointment to have it looked at once again. We again made an early appointment, got here and were told 1 hour, 2 tops for a wait. Here we are still waiting after 5 hours. No one has come to give us an update we have to go to them and ask, and we keep getting told they are almost done, yet the hours keep passing. Unless you want to spend your entire day waiting, even with an appointment go somewhere else for repairs. More
