He is backed up by a quality team too. During one of my visits the person who changed my oil and did some other work forgot to reset my maintenace counter. On his way home he thought about it and called CJ. (What other service dept thinks about you after you leave?) CJ called me and asked next time I was in the area to drop by and they would reset it for me. For the inconvenience, they offered a free oil change. We all make mistakes - it's how we handle those that make the greatest impact. I go out of my way to use Curry. I would recommend them to anyone. I have friends that feel the same. Jim took a late night call from me, regarding buying 4 new tires for my Pilot. I had to get them done quickly and between CostCo's "I don't care come tomorrow morning" attitude and Jim's easy going "How new tires for my Pilot. I had to get them done quickly and between CostCo's "I don't care come tomorrow morning" attitude and Jim's easy going "How can we help" demeanor, I choose Curry. I actually ended up going the next day anyway, but Jim was true to his word, and in record time, new tires with frequent updates (while I waited) were given to me. The pricing was comparable with CostCo and the service was top notch. Jim's one of the reasons I keep going back to Curry for service, even with low-cost provisers near by. More

This dealer wrecked my new car (which I bought from them) in their service drive when I took it in for it's first oil change. The wreck was gross negligence on their part and they did not treat me fairly reg in their service drive when I took it in for it's first oil change. The wreck was gross negligence on their part and they did not treat me fairly regarding the damage and/or diminished value of a car that had a mere 5,000 miles on it. They were rude, dishonest, and underhanded about the whole incident. I do not recommend Curry Honda to anyone. More
