As usual, excellent service! Waiting area is great and I was thankful I could drive up with a battery issue and be out in less than an hour (and this was a busy day). We were very disappointed with their service, and I wouldn't be able to recommend Curry Honda GA (unless you would like to be up-charged/pay far more than what you expect when you arrive). My partner r wouldn't be able to recommend Curry Honda GA (unless you would like to be up-charged/pay far more than what you expect when you arrive). My partner recently visited this dealership with her 2019 Honda Accord (less than 50k miles on it) to have them fix a couple of issues that are Honda specific- the trunk door sometimes will not latch/close properly, and the check tire air light sometimes comes on at random, even when the tire air is full. She keeps the vehicle in great shape, and gets whatever service is recommended at her local Goodyear. She had just been in a few weeks prior to the visit to Curry Honda, and they had noted no issues that needed service following a full inspection. So she had only taken the vehicle in to have them correct the trunk and the tire pressure indication on the computer. She called me later that day rather unhappy as she explained that the Sales woman in their service department had recommended almost $700 worth of services. As the Curry Honda employee explained, my partner needed to have these services done in order to stay compliant with her warranty (and that they needed to be done at the dealership). Worried that her warranty might be voided were she to seek a second opinion, she agreed and signed off on the services. Once we had spoken about the services, I was skeptical and discovered that they had come back to her with such a large bill and recommending a host of things not recommended by the local Goodyear less than a month prior. The employee had pushed her into a Transmission fluid change, fuel induction cleaning service, and Brake fluid change. Now, I'm not a car expert, but I have done a fair amount of my own service to my vehicles, and I know that the prices were significantly inflated for the services involved, and more importantly the transmission fluid change and fuel induction cleaning are not typically needed on a car with just 39k miles. Considering these two made up about half of the bill, it seemed excessive. And to top that off, the Curry Honda rep had made it seem like the services were necessary for her to stay in compliance with her warranty. I asked her about this, and her response was that had she not been led to believe that she needed these services done at Curry Honda, that she would not have had them done there, and would have taken the car to her regular service provider. Knowing this, I went in with her to the dealership to see if we could work with them to arrange something fairer. I wasn't optimistic given what had already transpired, but I tried to negotiate with the representative. She got very short with me when I explained that she had pushed these services upon my girlfriend and had led her to believe they were necessary to maintain her warranty. After some pleading, she agreed to give us the "Merry Christmas" discount, and reduced what had been a $670 bill down to $620 - meaning that she was only willing to take out $50 worth of charges. I am disappointed with what happened, and I think that she deserved better. Not only did we both feel that we had been taken for a ride, the primary concern that she wanted addressed (the trunk not always latching/closing under normal conditions) was not corrected, and is not even addressed on the invoice for services.
