I've been coming to this dealer for many years but it wasn't til my last 2 experiences that have driven me to write this review. The salesperson made me think I was purchasing the car of my dreams. I asked for just 2 things which was 4 wheel drive & a white vehicle n I did get the white veicle but did not get the 4 wheel drive that was the most important thing. I was under the impression that I was getting that. When asked the question he blew me off til I forgot about it. The customer service rep from the dealer called me a week after I purchased the vehicle asking how everything was going n if I was satisfied. I explained my feelings and my disappointment she stated she was going to speak with the sales manager but I'm still waiting on that call n now its been over 30 days. There is something wrong with my vehicle I'm assuming its the alignment n the dealer won't do anything about it. My day starts at 7:30am n the shutte is not available at that time. I live to far from the dealer n the shuttle doesn't go that far. The dealer is not accommodating at all ! Its horrible when u purchase a vehicle n the only thing that matters to them is closing the deal and not making sure your customer is satisfied with the whole transaction. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I'm a female. Now I'm seeking a new home for my vehicle! I hope no one ever has to feel the way I'm feeling. More
