At the beginning of the deal I was not sure if I was going to buy a Honda or another make of vehicle but I was so impressed by the attention and gentle interest provided by Craig. He was not overly aggressive. He answered all my probing questions. I was very direct with him and he had no problems with my line of approach. I tried to get my wife's car through Honda with Craig during this same deal but my wife decided to go with another vehicle make.
