Great Service I had a flat tire over the week end and I had to call triple aaa to put on my spare. They could not find my spare so I thought I never received my spa I had a flat tire over the week end and I had to call triple aaa to put on my spare. They could not find my spare so I thought I never received my spare tire. I called the manager at the used/new car service and they ordered me a new spare tire (no questions asked) they told When I got there my tire was in a special compartment so I did not need it.. The Manager Jason was very helpful and then I told him my engine light was on. I did not have a appointment and Jason spoke to someone in service and had me to pull to the service department. Routine Oil Change I took my 2011 Honda CRV to Honda for a routine oil change. This was my first oil change since I purchased the car February 2014. I work in the area and would pass the dealer often and thought I would give them a chance because it was close to the job and also they had early hours. I was very pleased with the service I received. They opened promptly at 7am and immediately to my car to the back. The representative that checked my in was polite and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. That was important to me. They were done with the oil change in 45minutes. I was thoroughly impressed. I will always take my car there for service. We had such a good experience buying a new CRV 2 years ago that we thought we would check them out for a used car. We had the same great experience this time. The staff is courteous and professional and treated us fairly. As a female, I have had some negative experiences on car lots, but not this one. Our saleswoman, Jenna, was very helpful and knew her "stuff". The sales manager, Brian, was helpful but not pushy. When we are ready for another car, I will definitely give Curry Honda a call. More
