I am not asking for the type of exceptional service a VIP would get. What I am asking for is to be treated like the good repeat business that my wife and I are. We are not strangers off the street since we have already bought one Ridgeline from you and would like to buy another. Cliff sent that email concerning the price around noon today. It was not too long after I sent an email to Bill that asked what the price is (again). And I still have not had an answer to the following question which I have posed to Cliff twice and Bill once; Are my wife and I able to do an extended test drive for a day or two so we can get a good idea of what we will be buying? We both would like the chance to drive it to/from work one day each, if possible. Like I said, we deserve better service than this since we have proven ourselves already to be good customers of Curry Honda. We at least should be treated by your employees how they would want a family member to be treated when that family member buys a car. With that being said, we don't want to deal with Cliff or Bill. They have already made what should be a happy and fun experience anything but that. Can we request another another associate? If so, we would like to talk with Reed Waldman.

However, at this time due to the Ridgeline being heavily sought after and the very little supply, we aren't inclined to let anyone take the vehicle for the day for a multitude of reasons. Reed did reach out; He called me instead of using email like I have always requested from Curry Honda. At this point, I won't talk with anyone unless it is a Curry family member. When we bought our Ridgeline from there, one of the Curry family (IIRC, his name was Bill Curry, III) did the financing for us. And he was great. Maybe it's because the Curry's have a stake in the success of Curry Honda more than an employee who just wants to take home a paycheck. But I have reached my limit with sub par service from them.
