More interested in selling services than customer service My Honda Accord was recalled for an airbag replacement. I scheduled a drop off time at 8:45 and arranged for a rental car, since I was told the repair My Honda Accord was recalled for an airbag replacement. I scheduled a drop off time at 8:45 and arranged for a rental car, since I was told the repair would take 4 hours. When I arrived, the service adviser did not introduce himself and did not bother to look up my appointment to know why I was there. Instead, he insisted on selling me a variety of services, including a brake inspection, even though I indicated that I had the brake service done just a few months ago. Then he failed to inform the rental car agent that I was there, so I spent a hour waiting for the rental car. I won't waste my time scheduling appointments or having my car serviced with Curry again. More
