The entire process was so easy, the way it should be...but very few dealerships make it easy. Craig took the time to teach me how to use the bluetooth features which was very appreciated. I avoid 285 like the plague, but I'll always risk traffic to drive up there from East Atlanta - and actually - heading up there at 6:30pm was easy, drove straight there. More

Kelvin got me a trade-in deal that paid more than Autotrader valued my Hyundai Azera trade-in value and sold me a Toyota Sienna XLE Limited model for far less than I found anywhere online! Even when I showed him a deal close to his (but $1000 more expensive and a about 16k more miles) Kelvin got me so much discount I didn't believe I could get from a dealership!!!! Jason Bryant takes care of your paper work as though his only mission is to make you happy in the shortest time possible and between friendliness in watching the world cup together and smiles from all staff and free coffee...I absolutely would be going back there for my next car! Lied about price and necessary services, Bad Follow Up I went in for Honda B1 service. Service Employee Robert Jackson attempted to charge me $60 more than the special advertised price. He later told me I needed a new battery. I declined the service and I had my battery tested at 3 other places. Alma Brooks called to follow up on my service and I told her all of these things and how upset I was. She said she would follow up because this was very serious. After weeks went by, I called back to follow up with her and she acted as though she did not remember me and even tried to say that I must have spoken to her assistant Trisha, who I never in life spoke to. I literally spent 20 minutes talking to this lady, have her name written down in my records, have a voicemail from when she originally contacted me, and called her back on her private number that she gave me. Yet, she was convinced I didn't talk to me because she is "normally good with names". There is no accountability at this site. I would not trust the prices or suggestions given for service and I would also not believe the customer relations when they say anything. I will never go there again. More

I visited the dealer twice, first to finalize the trim and color and next to just buy the car, as i was not clear about the appearance of each color combination ( both exterior & interior). The explanations was clear and no extensive detailing as i said i already has some know how about the card. The price was best, competitive and satisfactory. Thanks to finance manager (Not sure of his name –assumes it’s Paul) too as he is real quick in process. All together a great experience for my first car in US. Although Curry is a bit out of my way for service, the times that I've used them for service, they've been nothing short of professsional, courteous and reliable. This is my 2nd purchas experience with Roy Neal and he is just a great salesperson and a nice gentleman. He valued my time (which was pretty tight during the process) and was good about explaining the ins and outs of the vehicle. I am pleased with the new van and am looking forward to many years of driving pleasure and lots of happy miles in it. Would totally recommend Curry for anyone looking for a Honda. More
