I work in the area and would pass the dealer often and thought I would give them a chance because it was close to the job and also they had early hours. I was very pleased with the service I received. They opened promptly at 7am and immediately to my car to the back. The representative that checked my in was polite and courteous. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. That was important to me. They were done with the oil change in 45minutes. I was thoroughly impressed. I will always take my car there for service. We had such a good experience buying a new CRV 2 years ago that we thought we would check them out for a used car. We had the same great experience this time. The staff is courteous and professional and treated us fairly. As a female, I have had some negative experiences on car lots, but not this one. Our saleswoman, Jenna, was very helpful and knew her "stuff". The sales manager, Brian, was helpful but not pushy. When we are ready for another car, I will definitely give Curry Honda a call. More

I worked with 'THE DEALMAKER' Anthony Davis who earned his name by providing me with the best deal out there. I had been to used car lots, private dealers and other Honda dealerships but Curry Hon earned his name by providing me with the best deal out there. I had been to used car lots, private dealers and other Honda dealerships but Curry Honda by far offered me my best deal. I intially visted the dealership on a Wednesday and spent an hour there inspecting the car and applying for financing. I left to go visit another dealership. I was at another dealer almost ready to sign the papers when Anthony called me and lured me away with a deal I couldn't refuse. On Friday I revisted the dealership and got the lowest rate that I had been offered for the car of my dreams for the lowest price I had been offered. I was there the 2nd time for 2 1/2 hours but while I waited Anthony bought me snacks and made sure I was comfortable and checked on me constantly. When I left I was the owner of a certified used Honda and everyone there celebrated my purchase with me. I was happy with my experience and would go back again. More
Let's start by saying that my husband and I went out looking for cars and we had no intention of looking at the Pilot. It was a last minute decision and we are THRILLED with it. We snuck on to the lot hoping nobody would see us (everyone does it) and a guy pulled up in a golf cart and asked us if we need help. "That guy" was Thaddeus. Thad was AWESOME. He literally had my husband and I in tears as we were shopping for our truck. The price discussion was easy and we truly feel like we got an amazing deal on our 2014 Pilot. Charles in finance was equally pleasant. I would have zero hesitation purchasing another car from these guys. Heck, my husband and I were trying to figure out a reason to go back and say hi to Thad today...NO LIE! Great job Curry! You guys have a real dealership over there. Congrats on not being like the rest of them out there. More
While driving from Jacksonville Fl to Cedar Rapids IA, our van began making loud grinding noise like a bad drive shaft. Fearing the worst, we stopped at Curry Honda early in the morning. They found that the problem was loose lug nuts on one wheel, caused by inadequate torque applied when wheels were rebalanced in Jacksonville. They did a thorough job checking over the rest of the van, then sent us on our way AT NO CHARGE!!!! If ever there was an opportunity to take advantage of someone this would have been it, but they were extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to find the problem. We couldn't be more pleased with this dealership and the people who work there! More
My wife recently visited Curry Honda to purchase a 2011 Honda Odyssey. She was greated by a young man(Benji Powers, who she would have bought the car from if his trainer had not taken over) who was very p Honda Odyssey. She was greated by a young man(Benji Powers, who she would have bought the car from if his trainer had not taken over) who was very professional and helpful, however he was new to the dealership, His trainer then took over for him and the experience quickly changed from good to awful. He was extremely rude and talked down on her, which ended her visit promptly. Not only was he rude but his appearance was sloppy and he was sweating everywhere (clean yourself up man, not only are you selling a car but you are selling yourself). More
I purchased my car about a year and a half ago and now it's making a strange noise every morning and every afternoon after it's been sitting for a few hours. I brought my car to this location so someone can tell me what's going on and to fix the problem. Well, after speaking with Brian Walker the service rep I was basically told that since the car would only make the noise after its been sitting for a few hours and they can't duplicate the sound that there's nothing they can do. He never even bothered to look up under the hood to see if they can figure out what the problem is. I'm not a mechanic but you don't have to be a genius to know that something is wrong with your car !!! That was a slap in my face! What a waste of time driving there only to be turned away. I asked to speak with the service manager Chris and he's the main reason why I'm writing this review !!! Why is he called the service manager when he doesn't know about customer service nor does he know how to handle a situation ?? Managers are suppose to straighten out the complaint as professional as possible instead I left the service area with such a disgusting taste in my mouth !!! I'm absolutely without a doubt upset that I'm driving in a car that may have some mechanical issues and I'm still making payments on this car. Curry Honda will make sure you purchase a car from them even lie to you about the car but when something is wrong you better not bring it to them because they won't bother taking a look to see what's wrong !!!
