Customer Dis-Service RE: Curry Service Department: (This review also posted on Yelp) Short Answer: Terrible Service . . . the RE: Curry Service Department: (This review also posted on Yelp) Short Answer: Terrible Service . . . the very worst! I will not be back. Long Answer: About 6 weeks prior I made an appointment for 8AM to get an oil change. On the day of the appointment I arrive 5 minutes early. I drive into the busy garage and no one approaches me. After waiting a while (outside of my car) someone tags one of the service guys to "get me next." The Service guy (Ken Neff) has zero personality (i.e. no customer service engagement skills) but I guess that's ok. He takes my info and sends me to the waiting room. THREE HOURS LATER!: Yes, 3 hours waiting on a pre-scheduled oil change, I go find Mr. Neff and he immediately says "oh, your car is ready," no apology for the wait or anything. He prints out the paper work and says in a nonchalant way, "by the way you need rear brakes and new tires." Maybe if he had come to me with that info about 2-2.5 hours earlier I may have gotten them to do the brakes while I was there. In fact, the car I was driving (one of 2 Hondas I own) is OLD (1992). I was expecting them to find several things needing repair/replacement while I was there and was ready to pay for those but they didn't identify anything. Hmmm? So I chalk the experience up to Live and Learn but Don't Return, HOWEVER, Two days later I notice oil all over my driveway. My friend says it's probably because they overfilled it. Then a couple of days later my oil warning light comes on and I check the oil and the dip stick registers No Oil. I call the Service Department and leave a message for Chris Ford, the manager of the service department saying I was in for an oil change and now my oil light is on and I have no oil in my engine. A day later I call again because I didn't hear back from Mr. Ford. He returns that call 2 days later with an "if you want to call me back, you can" attitude. Nothing in his message said to me he was concerned and wanted to check to see if he could make it right. Now the Catch: I take my car somewhere else and they find MAJOR work needing to be done - all of which they tell me was VERY obvious as soon as they put the car up. They said they normally would not talk bad about other shops but said Curry DEFINITELY missed the ball on this one. They said there was no way they should have missed the work that needed to be done under that hood. So, perhaps Curry only likes to work on easy jobs under newer nice shiny hoods, I don't know. But I won't be back to find out and I am in the market to buy an Odyssey (I've been shopping for one for a couple of months now) and won't even consider buying it from Curry after this experience. More

We finalized a Honda CRV 2015 model car on a price signed the deal , got the loan check from my bank and when I had gone to these guys to take the car they say the car is not ready some paper work is pending and promissed us to give the car tomorrow with everything being ready. Again called next day so that we can pick up the car then the sales person tell that we made a deal for 2014 we have to work on our prices . Were they sleeping when we made the deal. I have a signed copy of the deal. The manager here named George is a worthless shrude guy . He didnot want to apologise also on his fault nor he was feeling guilty that he was at fault, he just hung up the phone when we told you are at fault Being a customer would you like to buy a car from such guys who dnt knw what model are they delaing with. Hit and Run I had a hit and run on my Honda Civic. I didn't have to wait more than a minute to talk to someone and the service was very quick. Great Customer Service I come in to have service on my accord. I always come to Chris Ford or Brian Patton. They always take care of me and my car. Never go anywhere else I have been a customer of curry honda service since I purchased by civic there in 2000. Because of the expertise, I was able to get over 265,000 miles I have been a customer of curry honda service since I purchased by civic there in 2000. Because of the expertise, I was able to get over 265,000 miles out of it. Since then, I have brought in my other three Hondas for service. My initial service contact was Chris ford and then I transferred to Brian Patton upon Chris promotion. Both are the best!!! I will not take either of my cars anywhere else. More

They felt threatened and tried to discredit my knowledge, and I felt discriminated! I usually always go to Honda, but never again will I come back to this location. I had given information on the car I wanted and they met all of my requirements. Craig took me through the paperwork and then showed my my car. We went on a test drive and he helped me connect my new car to my iphone. He answered all of my questions and made sure I knew that I could call him if I had any inquiries later. They even turned in my rental car for me. I was very pleased with the entire experience of purchasing my car with Curry Honda. More
