Only disappointment was that because it took longer than the promised time and I didn't have the time to wait the 45 min. (minimum) for the shuttle to come get me to bring me back to pick up my car, I had to take an Uber (approx. $15). And, I ended up in Friday afternoon traffic;I had scheduled my appointment at 11:00 in the morning specifically to avoid that possibility. Besides it taking too long, service was good and everyone is friendly and nice to deal with. More

We received helpful professional advice and personal attention from Anthony Davis, our salesman, and his supervisor, Bill Clark. We drove away with an superb Honda automobile at a very good price.. We particularly liked the friendly and pressure-free environment within the dealership and the willingness of Anthony and Bill to accommodate their schedules to fit ours. Disrespect and Improper attitude towards the Customers I searched for the best prices for Honda CR-V EX model in TrueCar.com. As one of the three best dealers offering best price on Honda CR-V I got a call I searched for the best prices for Honda CR-V EX model in TrueCar.com. As one of the three best dealers offering best price on Honda CR-V I got a call from Vimal Patel to visit them. I went there along with my wife and son on 04/24/16. As Vimal was not available, Carroll took care of us in showing us the vehicle and taking us to the test drive. Carroll seemed to be perfect sales man -- talkative, friendly, funny, smart and nice. We really had a good test drive and got to know more about the features of the vehicle. The price he was quoting seem to be high as $2,000 than the price quoted by one of the dealer nearby my place. His manager Calvin came to us and said there is no way anyone can give for the price I mentioned and there the discussion ended. On 4/29/16 evening Carroll called me and asked if I would purchase the car if he match the price the other dealer was offering me. I VERY CLEARLY MENTIONED HIM THAT I CAN ONLY PURCHASE THE VEHICLE IF HE OFFER FOR A LESSER PRICE THAN I HAVE CURRENTLY. I HAVE NO WORRIES IF THEY CANT GIVE IT FOR LESS. Next morning (i.e, 4/30/16) he called me twice and texted me about a deal on a demo Honda CR-V EX-L vehicle stating that "GOT THE BEST DEAL ON THE PLANET 4 WHAT YOU WANT. DONT MISS THIS!". When I called he mentioned the same thing and promised to get the car for a lower price than the current offer I have in hand. When we went there .. Carroll showed the vehicle and went to get the quote. George (believe sale manager/director) came to us and without even showing the quote ...asked us about the best price we were getting from the other dealer. When I told him the price .. without any discussion he started saying .."no one in the world can give that price. He cant do business for such price...bla bla..bla...". I only asked if they cant offer then its fine. Then why in the world call me multiple times, text me about the offer and ask me to visit and promise me to get a best deal on the planet. Then CALVIN came in again ... giving a SURCASTIC smile about the price and asking me about why I came back -- which is so weird. They asked me to come and after going there they behaved as if I am behind them for the car and talking all non sense in the world. They dont have any respect for the Customers. They did not even showed me their quote but started speaking as if I am lying and I am behind them for purchasing the vehicle. Carroll who was till then talking great about the price .. suddenly disappears and not seen again. My clear statement to the Curry Honda .. is Sell the vehicle at their desired price but dont fool customers saying that they would give for their requested price and change the word afterwards. JUST WASTE OF TIME visiting this place. NOT WORTH. THIS IS NOT THE DEALER WHO KEEPS THEIR WORDS. AND DEFINITELY NOT THE DEALER WHO RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS. More
