They weren't like sharks circling for a sale, instead I felt very comfortable. Miss June had so much patience in allowing me to test drive so many different options before choosing the accord, the finance department is quick and to the point. I was in and out of there feeling great about my new car. I would recommend anyone shopping for a new car to go with honda and especially curry Honda. More

Dont Trust them Be careful, they prey on people that don't do their research. As I met the online sales guy he started quoting me a higher price and said that I had to pay destination charge, I showed him the truecar price, reminded him what we agreed upon and that the true car FAQs states that the destination charge is in the truecar price. He said he will talk to the sales manager. Minutes later I went into to meet the sales manager, he had the true car estimate pulled up on the computer that was more than 1,000 more, I asked him to do the truecar price agian to point out that he added features or different zip code during the process, but he did not want to do it. Not only was the online sales guy shady but also the manager. I would of been ok if they said that they can't honor what we agreed, but they decided to be shady. They prey on people that don't do their research. More

I purchased my honda accord sport on december 23 CURRYHONDA IN SMYRNA GEORGIA USA this is my PROBLEMS i had with CURRY HONDAY IN SMYRNA GEORGIA USA. I purchased my honda accord sport on december 23 2015 not even 7 MONTHS later the bumper was coming loose off the car honda gives you a 3 year bumper to bumper just in case things happen to the car which is my assurance that i am buying a well built car and i am guarenteed things will be fixed if things do happen to the car within that 3 years outside of accidents of or anything of my doing so on friday july 8 2016 i took the car to CURRY HONDA IN SMYRNA TO THE BODY SHOP AND TALKED TO ANDY HAVERKAMP BODY SHOP ESTIMATORwhen i showed him where the bumper is coming off the first thing he said 1 I DIDNT DO IT 2 THESE CARS ARE MASSED PRODUCED AND THINGS HAPPEN 3 ITS LOOSE SO THAT THE CAR FLEXES AS YOU DRIVE 4 ITS LOOSE SO THAT THE PAINT WANT RUB OFF He told me those 4 reasons why the bumper was like it was i showed him the other side and it was like that it was nice and tight no paint was rubbing off. LET ME TELL YOU HE DIDNT BOTHER TO FIX IT THAT DAY AND I HAVE NEVER HEARD A LINE OF CRAP LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMER NEEDS WELL IT WASNT THAT DAY AND ANDY HAVERKAMP DIDNT BOTHER TO TAKE MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY SO NOTHING WAS DONE TO THE CAR THAT DAY SO AS SOON AS I LEFT I WAS ON THE PHONE TO HONDA USA AND FINALLY SOMEONE THERE TOOK MY CONCERNS SERIOUSLY THEY created a case number for me and i talked to stevie there and she was very moved by my concerns and what had just happened to me . she indicated she was sending the complaint to CURRY HONDA because each store is independantly operated. After i contacted honda usa i called ANTHONY DAVIS THE DEAL MAKER AND I HAVE TO SAY HE DID A GOOD JOB AT GETTING ME FINANCED FOR MY NEW CAR THANK YOU ANTHONY HOWEVER IN THIS SITUATION I CALLED HIM FRIDAY AND HE DIDNT CALL ME BACK HE SAID HE WAS WITH A CUSTOMER WELL I TOLD HIM I AM ONE OF HIS CUSTOMERS AND I NEEDED TO TALK TO HIM HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AND HE DID NOT CALL ME BACK SO I TOOK IT UPON MYSELF TO CALL HIM JULY 9 2016 HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL ME BACK AFTER HE FINISH WORKING I WAITED UP NO NO NO CALL BACK HE TOLD ME JULY 10 THAT HE DIDNT CALL HIS CUSTOMERS BACK THAT LATE AND I TOLD HIM I WAS UP WAITING FOR HIS CALL SO THAT I COULD ADDRESS MY CONCERNS WITH HIM . SO ANTHONY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE BODY SHOP AND TALK TO CORY FORD BODY SHOP MANAGER AND WHEN I WENT OVER THERE THE GIRL THAT TALK TO ANTHONY DAVIS TOLD HIM THAT CORY WAS BUSY WITH A CUSTOMER AND HE COULD TALK TO ME RIGHT NOW SO I LEFT AND CALLED CORY BACK LATER ON . SO HE TOLD ME TO COME BACK AND HE WOULD LOOK AT IT SO HE DID AND ALL CORY FORD DID IS TAKE A SCREW DRIVER AND TIGHTEN IT UP ALL THOSE LIES THAT ANDY HAVERKAMP TOLD ME HE COULD HAVE TOOK THAT TIME TO HELP ME INSTEAD OF LIE TO ME . IN CONCLUSION IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GO TO CURRY HONDA TO BUY A CAR NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SELL IN MY POINT OF VIEW I LOOK AT IT LIKE THIS YOU HAVE MY MONEY TO PAY YOUR BILL AND LIVE YOUR LIFE THEN WHEN I HAVE A PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE ADDRESS YOU ACT LIKE IM A STRANGER I CAN ONLY IMAGINE THE NUMBER OF CUSTOMER WHO HAVE GONE IN THERE WITH WARRANTY ISSUES AND CURRY HONDA TELLS THEM A PACK OF LIES AND DECEIVES THERE CUSTOMERS WELL LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING CURRY HONDA YOU MEET THE WRONG CUSTOMER TO LIE TO AND TRY TO CHEAT FIND YOU A BETTER PLACE TO GO BUY YOU A HONDA NOT CURRY NOT CURRY HONDA . AND TO LET YOU KNOW I AM REPORTING THIS TO THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO LET THEM KNOW WHATS GOING ON AT CURRY HONDA. The Best Decision Made!!! I was looking for a Mercedes or Lexus, but there was no one that stood out to me as a customer service representative to give me that spark. If my emotions was drained it would take a great salesperson to help energize me and assure me that whatever decision I made with them or someone else it would be fine and no love lost. I walked in Curry Honda wanting a new car, a reliable, car and one that would fit my personality sought of speak. I thought no matter what I was still walking out and heading to the Mercedes dealer. The director of sales Bruce sent me to Anthony Davis, it was sweet, short,informative and he immediately knew what i'd like based on the information gathered even the information I never disclosed. In doing business with Anthony, I bought the 1st car he showed me (I never do that) I felt that I made the best decision and given the best deal I could have ever received on a new 2016 Honda Accord EX-L Coupe. I love it! I love Curry Honda! I love Anthony Davis, And of Course Bruce the Director of Sales is Amazing, I love him to. The staff was just lovable. I felt like I was inducted into the "Honda Hall Of Fame" for life...By the way I walked in one day and the next I signed, sealed it, and it was delivered exceptionally by Honda Curry. Has the Curry family sold this dealership? I ask this because it has been a "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" for my wife and me. We bought our second Ridgeline (2014 RTL) from them I ask this because it has been a "Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" for my wife and me. We bought our second Ridgeline (2014 RTL) from them a little over two years ago. That experience was the best we have had while purchasing a vehicle. We now are serious buyers for the 2nd generation Ridgeline. This is where things have gone off track for us. I sent an inquiry using Curry Honda's website. I received a prompt reply from Cliff Hudson. He is alternately titled Internet Sales Manager and Sales and Leasing Consultant on various follow up emails I have received from him. Cliff initially seemed to be dedicated to our purchase of a new Ridgeline. He told me that Curry would have the Black Edition as a demo. That was great, as my wife and I have narrowed down our choice to either it or an RTL-E. Also, Cliff gave the me a prospective date for when the first ones were supposed to be delivered from the Alabama factory. He also promised to follow up if the date changed. Fast forward to that date; I had not heard from him, so I sent an email asking if they had made it to Curry's lot, as my wife and I were anticipating seeing and test driving one of them. And if we liked it as much as we expected to, we would have most likely purchased it the same day. He told me that they had not made it. And the delivery date had been pushed back about a week. He assured me that he would contact me as soon as they showed up at Curry Honda. Fast forward about nine days; I emailed Cliff to find out what the status is. He informed me that, "YES!!! I have both in-stock and ready for your test drive." I asked him how long Curry had these and he told me they had been there for three days. And he said that he was not sure which trim would be a demo after telling me the Black Edition was the demo. Cliff then sent me an email offering to give me the "latest hassle free pricing and programs" for the Ridgleline. So I responded, requesting that information. On that form, I asked to be emailed instead of being called. So what happened? I got a call from Bill Clark, Internet Director at Curry Honda. After going through the formalities, I requested the price. Bill promised to email it to me. It is now a been almost a week after that call and I have not received this information from Bill. This experience has irked me, as we have proven to be good customers for Curry Honda. #1-We have never defaulted on anything in our lives. #2-My wife financed it though Curry Honda, so they made money on that. #3-I'm sure they made a tidy profit on our 2011 RTL Ridgeline that we traded in for the 2014, as it was a mint that had been taken care of very well. They will do the same with our 2014 that we purchased from them. #4-We have not been a pain in their neck as far as nitpicking any issues with the 2014. We did have a potential issue with the rear sliding window and brought it to the service department to have it looked at. But that was the only thing. #5-We have shown a genuine desire to purchase the 2nd generation Ridgeline. This sell will be good for Curry Honda by reading the reasons above. But they just don't seem to care about the customer or making money any longer. I wonder why things have changed so much in just a little over two years... More
