Jennie kept updating me the status of these vehicles from time to time, and demonstrated her unbelievable patience and professionalism on answering me a lot of tough questions about the vehicle details, discount and sale processs. Once the 2015-2017 minivans were ready for sale, Jennie kindly notified me immediately of their availability, and explained their differences and features. The information she provided is of great help for me to make a choice. In particular at the drive testing day, Jennie showed me nearly all functions of the two candidate minivans I loved, and pinpointed the unique features of either one in a very professional fashion. Spending nearly half day with me, Jennie showed her outstanding professionalim and patience once again, and always tried to undersand what I want and make me satisfactory at the final deal.
