He can't sell, doesn't know his product, and treats you like a 5 year old. He has no ability to negotiate, nor does he want to. He gets insulted should you ask for a tank of gas with the purchase. He could care less about you - but you'll know all about him after a test drive. He is costing this company sales - get him out of there ! More
