I had gone in the week before with a friend to test My husband and I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey at Curry Honda and Roy Neal was a joy to work with. I had gone in the week before with a friend to test drive and Roy spent a lot of time showing us features, explaining the differences between the models, and answering all of our questions. He knew he wasn't going to make a sale that day, but he took us seriously and treated us with respect, things that we unfortunately didn't experience at other dealerships that day. When it came time to buy, Roy offered us a fair price, helped set up some of the wireless features, and followed up to make sure we didn't have any questions. I very much appreciated his kindness and integrity, and so did my friend who ended up buying a car from him the next week. More

Sales is great, service department is terrible. My husband and I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV and had a wonderful experience with the sales department. However, when we drove off the lot we noticed a My husband and I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV and had a wonderful experience with the sales department. However, when we drove off the lot we noticed a strange noise coming from the brakes so we returned a few days later to have it checked out (with an early appointment). Come to find out the brakes and rotors had to be replaced. My husband spent 8 hours waiting for the repair to be done. Although we were not happy with the wait we decided to try again when we had to have a piece on the bumper repaired that we knew needed to be repaired at the previous appointment. It was under warranty so we wanted to get it taken care of. They told us they had to order the part and would contact us so we could come in. We never got a call. We finally were tired of waiting and decided to make an appointment to have it looked at once again. We again made an early appointment, got here and were told 1 hour, 2 tops for a wait. Here we are still waiting after 5 hours. No one has come to give us an update we have to go to them and ask, and we keep getting told they are almost done, yet the hours keep passing. Unless you want to spend your entire day waiting, even with an appointment go somewhere else for repairs. More

Top Notch in Used Car Sales I had been looking for a new (to us) used Honda Accord and started watching the web for deals in the Atlanta area. We bought our last used vehicle thr I had been looking for a new (to us) used Honda Accord and started watching the web for deals in the Atlanta area. We bought our last used vehicle through Curry and had been pleased with the whole process. After showing online interest in the vehicles I received a call and text from the fine used car sales manager, Roy Neal. I said I was not ready to buy, but would be in contact when ready. He gave me space. I contacted him when I found the right vehicle, and my husband and I went in for a test drive. Mr. Neal was very pleasant and helpful. They'd just received the car so it had to go through processing. We went ahead and bought it because someone else would have snatched it up. After a few days, the car was ready for pickup. It was a great deal on a beautiful vehicle. I highly recommend Mr. Roy Neal (when you visit Curry) for his professionalism and genuine kindness and honesty. We are pleased and no doubt, you will be, too. More
