I have been a loyal Honda driver for over 20 years; I just bought my second Honda from Mr. Craig Hollis at this dealership yesterday evening, and I'm very pleased! Craig's listening skills, patience and empathy are incredible! I am admittedly full of questions, but that did not throw him. Craig got me exactly what I needed when I leased my car from him, and worked effortlessly to get me into the second car--a purchase upgrade that goes beyond satisfying my needs and interests. Quality customer service and appreciation was expressed by my superstar salesman Craig, the finance manager Mr. James Ballard, and the sales manager Mr. Bill Clark.
