This was my very first new car purchase and they gave me the best deal that I could have gotten anywhere!! Starting with "Coach" Charles Alexander, who was extremely patient with me during this process and from day one he NEVER pressured me, which was much appreciated. When Coach took ill, Reed Waldman took over and continued to make me feel comfortable. I checked out other car dealers in the area to gauge who was the best and the Curry Honda salespeople stood out above all for the best service. As I became exhausted by the car-buying process I finally made my decision to work with Curry Honda and the guys did not disappoint. I was happy and relieved to shake Reed's hand as he gave me the proverbial offer I could not refuse(smile)!! He took care of the details from there and Vishek Patel "VP" got my financing paperwork done. I never met Bill Clark, Internet Manager, but he gave me a call and reassured me that Curry Honda would work with me to get a deal done, Thanks Bill!! Once again, I'd like to thank "Coach" because he was the first assuring voice that let me know by his work and experience that I wanted to do business with Curry Honda of Chamblee, GA. Incredible service ! I usually write reviews in only 2 situations: either my experience has been terrible or when it was incredible. I noticed an excellent Mazda 3 on their website at an excellent price, low mileage and will all options so I thought it was a scam before I sent a message. Jennie told me that the car just got sold and I was too late by... 1 hour. The day after, she contacted me again because the previous went short because of financing so she immediately contacted me before anyone else can check the car again. I went there the day after at 9 AM and she was not there so I talked to the manager who told me that she was... 40 minutes late. I was super surprised but they were just kidding and she arrived immediately. It might be a small "detail" but I really appreciated how they immediately initiated a friendly atmosphere. Before going there, I was convinced this was a scam as the vehicle was too "perfect" on the website so after an hour I needed to change my mind: the car was exactly as advertised. I detected some minor issues (just some annual maintenance to be done) which were immediately addressed by Jennie in the hour which I was suspicious at the beginning because problems usually equal bigger problems but everything was fixed as she told me ! Little by little ,I got convinced that the car was not a scam but rather an excellent deal. I submitted an offer and they accepted almost immediately, I was expecting them to fight back a little more but I got super surprised when they accepted. Conclusion of the story? I traded-in my previous car at a good price, got an excellent reliable car with low mileage, all options, hatchback (I'm European so I don't like Sedan) and all of that at an incredible price. And the car seller gets a new excellent review, what else? :) Thanks everyone for your excellent customer service, I definitely recommend Jennie! (I can't speak for the others so I am only focusing on her). More

He was rude, condescending, and very short tempered. I am not the most experienced person in purchasing a car, and Cliff made me feel like an idiot and guilty of some gigantic flaw for my inexperience when I visited. He lied to me several times through our discussion, which involved lies on everything from competitive prices to the options available in the car. Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend. More
