We brought the car in to be serviced for vibration feeling when braking and our first oil change. The appointment was for 8AM and the car was taken in for service as soon as we arrived at 8. Trina was very friendly to us when we arrived and she updated us on the progress periodically while waiting for the car to be serviced. During the servicing, the car was checked out and taken for a test drive. Additionally, we learned that the car was given the required NYS Inspection while being serviced. the waiting area was clean, spacious, and provided us with coffee, snacks and newspapers. The staff was courteous and friendly right from the moment we brought the car into the service garage to the cashier desk when the service was completed. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and try to take them both to the Service for what ever I need, this past time, was horrible. I waited approx 4 hours for an oil change, headlamp replacement to take them both to the Service for what ever I need, this past time, was horrible. I waited approx 4 hours for an oil change, headlamp replacement and apparently needed a tire repair. It was a far cry from Express Service. I hope the next time I come in, its less of a wait. More

Was greeted immediately when I drove my car into the service area by Walter and directed to Andy. This is the first time I worked with Andy -- Jim Ferrara, my regular service advisor wasn't working on S service area by Walter and directed to Andy. This is the first time I worked with Andy -- Jim Ferrara, my regular service advisor wasn't working on Saturday. Andy was courteous and knowledgeable -- I was having my snow tires removed and the regular tires put on. I asked him if I needed to have a wheel alignment (I had a coupon and wanted to use it if need be) and he asked me if the car was pulling to one side when I drove. When I told him "no" he said, then you don't need an alignment. It's wonderful to come to Curry and be treated with respect and honesty! I know not all dealership service depts would have said "no" but might have taken the coupon and charged me for an alignment that the car didn't need. That is why I keep coming back to Curry!! I live in Yonkers and drive up to Yorktown to have my car serviced! The service, the people, the cleaniness and friendly atmosphere... there's no place else that can match it. More
We have been buying cars and getting service from Curry Honda for over 10 years Jim recommended replacing the air filter at 15,000.
