Besides offering the excellent and reliable Honda brand, the dealer has a truly excellent service department. We deal with Jim Ferrara in Service and he handles any request in a very professional, friendly manner and the car is always ready on-time without repeat visits to the dealer to correct their work. While the service experience is wonderful, they also have a great sales and parts department. We have had many pleasant buying experiences with Mike Sorrell. He makes sure you understand the details of the purchase and then, when we pick up the new car, he explains every feature of the car in detail. On our recent purchase of our 2014 CRV, the service department, business office and Mike all made sure that the various add-on accessories - hitch, running boards, racks, fog lights, etc. - were all installed on time, despite a quick turnaround. There are plenty of local Honda dealers within 25 miles of Curry Honda, but we've had no reason to take our business elsewhere. We're loyal to them and they've proven their loyalty to us in all our dealings with them. More

I had a great visit, it was a pleasure meeting Trina. She runs a tight ship. I read the sign on the garage door which read : "honk for service" I honked and the door opened i pulled in and was greeted She runs a tight ship. I had to bring my car in to check the brakes because they were making a noise. Jim was able to get me an appointment very quickly, and was also able to preform my scheduled maintenance while it was there so were making a noise. Trina always goes above and beyond what any other service department representative has ever done, compared to past experiences with other service departments. Trina called several times throughout the day to let me know what was happening, ask questions that would help the technicians determine what was causing the problem, and the steps they were taking to solve the problem. On Trina's days off, Chris jumped in and assured all of Trina's efforts weren't in vain. It made me confident that the problem would be solved, which it was. It's the reason I don't trust taking my car anywhere else! More
Jim was very friendly and informative. He had someone come with me right away to drive to my car that had a dead battery. The car was jumpstarted and I drove back to the dealership and he got me right i come with me right away to drive to my car that had a dead battery. In my 2003 Honda CRV- my engine light came on. Because I had to work this weekend and needed my car,and didn't feel safe driving, I panicked !!! Called the dealership( that I have been using since 2003) th had to work this weekend and needed my car,and didn't feel safe driving, I panicked !!! Called the dealership( that I have been using since 2003) they were no appointments available. Decided to call again and spoke to Jim Ferrara explaining the situation. He made it happen!!! I was able to bring my car in and have it diagnosed and I will be driving to work stress free. More
