Great Sales consultant / Superb Service Department In my family, we've gotten 10 Accords since the mid '90s. Always got just the right model with the accessories /trim level that we've needed. Sales went out of their way to track down the desired colors. But it's the service dept. that keeps us coming back. I'v trusted Jared with the the safety of my family for many years. He really knows his 'stuff' and makes sure the job is done right the 'first time'. In all these many years we've ( 3 drivers in the family) never had to bring any of our cars back to the service department. More
Honda 2015 CRV I have leased Honda CRV's since 2006. Never had a problem with any of them. My 2015 had a transmission problem. I brought it to Curry Honda (Jared St I have leased Honda CRV's since 2006. Never had a problem with any of them. My 2015 had a transmission problem. I brought it to Curry Honda (Jared Stoutenburg Service Advisor ) on Monday. By Monday afternoon they had determined the transmission had to be replaced.. Jared kept me informed of the progress of my CRV the entire time. A new transmission was ordered, ( which Curry had to wait a few days to be delivered ) it was installed, tested and ready by Friday morning. From Jared to the service tech, my experience went from panic, to a transmission that is working as designed. Bottom line... TOP NOTCH SERVICE.. More

Spend more $$$ Long story short.... My 2005 Honda Accord needs new power steering pump. Called the dealership and managed to get in the same day. Drove the car at th Long story short.... My 2005 Honda Accord needs new power steering pump. Called the dealership and managed to get in the same day. Drove the car at the dealership and had it inspected so I can get an estimate. The price asked was around what I was expected to be. Till this point everything is great. Here is the lame part of the experience. Service Manager comes and says: " Would you like to have your Power Steering Fluid changed for another $170.00+". I'm speechless and I refuse of course. Not only is Extremely Overpriced but when you install a BRAND NEW PART that costs with labor over $500 , this dealership has not the courtesy to change the fluid? Speechless.... As soon as I had the part changed I went to my local Valvoline and had Automatic Transmission Fluid and Power Steering Fluid changed for $200.00. Shame....... More

I am alway Jim Ferrara & Steve Absolu know the true meaning of excellent customer service . I have been coming to Curry Honda for about 10 years. I am always greeting with a hello when I arrive. Jim Ferrara use to be the service associate that I use to see @ Curry. Jim was promoted to Service Manager so he introduced me to Steve. I am always advised by Steve of what service is going to done to my car with a kind explanation & with respect that I was use to with Jim. I have gone to other service station & dealership & never received the customer service I get with Curry Honda. If it buying a car (Martin Jones-excellent salesman) to getting my car service nobody can beat the excellent service I receive @ Curry Honda. I have recommend Curry Honda is the past & will continue to do so. More
