Incompetent Service Advisor Service Advisor was told of a problem. He told me that if I get a copy of the invoice the item would be replaced free of charge. I did everything that Service Advisor was told of a problem. He told me that if I get a copy of the invoice the item would be replaced free of charge. I did everything that he asked and wasted an hour of time getting a copy of an invoice and than he told me he cant do it. Curry Service -only place for car care! Even though my Honda Accord (purchased from Curry of course) has >250k miles on it, I still wouldn't trust anyone else to service it except Curry! Whe Even though my Honda Accord (purchased from Curry of course) has >250k miles on it, I still wouldn't trust anyone else to service it except Curry! Whether for normal maintenance or an occasional emergency, I always start with a call to Steve Absolu. He listens! And then tells me to bring the car in at my convenience. Curry always has a steady flow of customers but Steve never rushes me off the phone or makes me wait a week for an appt. However, he does check first to see if Rick Neves is available to do the work! Rick knows every inch of my car after all these years. He never recommends more than is needed and I always feel safe knowing that the job was done right! We wrap up with a review of what was done and any work recommended in the future. On the rare occasion, this Super Duo may need some extra help, Jim Ferrara is always a shout away. Curry Honda is a well oiled machine. Car service is not usually an enjoyable event yet somehow I always leave smiling. Thank you all and keep up the great work! More

Urgent repair with no prior appointment I called this morning regarding my undercarriage shield daggling under my vehicle. The customer service rep informed me that they were all booked up, I called this morning regarding my undercarriage shield daggling under my vehicle. The customer service rep informed me that they were all booked up, but took my information any way. Within two minutes Dan Nogueria called me and said just bring it in. I remained at the dealership for no more than 5 minutes and the problem was repaired. Their customer service is impeccable and that is why I keep going back after 4 years. Curry honda service department Jared has great integrity. I brought my car in today for a faulty trunk latch. At first he thought it might be the latch assembly. Even though I was over the allowable lease miles he still checked to see if if the warranty would cover it. After waiting about 40 minutes the mechanic figured out that the only thing wrong with the trunk was a. Switch in the glove box that had been turned off. No charge. I expected to pay a service charged. They checked and topped off the fluids and checked the battery. No charge. You may pay more for bringing your car to a dealer but with Curry honda you can be sure that your getting honesty and integrity. Thanks Jarad for your professionalism and integrity. More
