I do not appreciate getting a sales pitch to buy extra services and/or parts every time I have my car serviced. Just perform the service and that's it...no "I'll rotate your tires for $19.99", no "you'll services and/or parts every time I have my car serviced. Just perform the service and that's it...no "I'll rotate your tires for $19.99", no "you'll need front tires soon", no "I'll replace you wiper blades for $30" I mean...$30 for wiper blade inserts???????! Really?! Was I born yesterday?! Just change the oil and let me go home, I have enough banter to deal with every day. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE HATE THE DEALER! More
FIRST HAD CAR @ HONDA ON WED 3/30/11 @ 4:30PM - JIM HAD BRIAN TEST DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING A GRINDING NOISE ON DRIVER SIDE - BRIAN CONFIRMED THE NOISE - WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO PUT BRIAN TEST DRIVE THE CAR BECAUSE IT WAS MAKING A GRINDING NOISE ON DRIVER SIDE - BRIAN CONFIRMED THE NOISE - WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE TIME TO PUT IT UP ON THE LIFT (EVEN WITH SVC CLOSING @ 6PM) WAS TOLD IT WAS A PEPPLE OR STONE & BRING CAR BACK ON THUS 7:30AM - WAS UNABLE TO DO THAT BECAUSE OF WORK - ANDY THEN SCHEDULED ME FOR 3PM THURS - TURNED OUT IT WAS THE BRAKES - THIS CONCERNS ME BECAUSE BETWEEN WED 4:30PM AND THUR 3PM WHAT IF THE BRAKES FAILED COMPLETELY?? NEXT TIME I WILL CONSIDER USING SOMEONE ELSE More
I received a notice of recall from Honda and a phone call expressing the urgency of the recall. I called Curry Honda and was given an appointment right away. When I took my car to the service department, I expressing the urgency of the recall. I called Curry Honda and was given an appointment right away. When I took my car to the service department, I thought to ask for an oil change and tire rotation while my car was there for the recall and was given same day service which saved me a second trip. Everyone I spoke with at curry Honda were very friendly. They seemed to really care about the customers. They were able to service my car immediatly and quick. Jessice was great, easy to talk to and knew her stuff... she called when they saw my brakes needed to be replaced. I was also happy to know I would be paid for this repair. From the time I bought the car till now I have been nothing but dissapointed in Curry/Geis. It was a strugle dealing with the sales person and agreeing on a price, nothing new there. Then we got in an accident and the car needed repairs. After 5-6 weeks of going back and forth with them I finally got the car back. The AC didn't work, back it went. Fixed and done right? Wrong. After I already paid them $12,664 they send me a bill 2 weeks later for an additional $140. I will not pay the bill and I will never step foot in that place again! DO NOT BUY FROM CURRY!!!! More
