I know that bringing a car back to the dealership for servicing is usually a little more costly than bringing it to a local mechanic. However, I prefer bringing it back to Curry because their service is servicing is usually a little more costly than bringing it to a local mechanic. Whenever their has been issue (which has been very few), it has always been resolved in a courteous and professional manner. Jim Ferrera is an excellent service advisor. He is professional and courteous. He is one of the reasons why I have been bringing my car back to Curry for over the past 14 years. More

This is my 4th Honda Accord, all bought from Curry Honda in Yorktown Heights. My daughter who lives in the same town, now has her 3rd Honda Accord. All of the folks in service are friendly and extremely knowledgeable, especially Jim Ferrara, the service manager. The reason why this review is so good is because of Dennis Bonatto. It was my first visit to the service department, I brought in my '96 Honda Accord and Dennis was very personable. I explained what I wanted done and also told him of a few problems with the car. He processed my information and was in constant communication on what was going on with the car. All of my problems were addressed and Dennis gave me an update on some things that should be done in the future. I appreciate him looking out for me and keeping me informed about my vehicle.
