I had my 15,000 mile servicing and waited for my car. The wait time was reasonable. I was also able to get an appointment on a Tuesday when I had just called the previous Friday. They called the day before to confirm my reservation. My car was taken immediately upon arrival and All service was completed within one hour. When I approved the work recommended, I was told the total would be about $500. It ended up being well over $700. The work took over two and a half hours. I was told that none of the coupons you sent me could be applied to my work. It is the first time I felt gouged by your place. Usually the people bend over backwards to give any discount possible. If you keep track, you'll find I have many times given all 5 stars in my rating. This was very a disappointing experience. More
We have bought 3 cars, so far, from your dealership and have always serviced them with you. When I have come in, the service people have been friendly and always tell me explicitly what will happen and wh have always serviced them with you. I always have the car brought around when I leave, and it is always great. However, yesterday was terrible. I waited until Howie was arguing with a customer, got checked in by Chris, and asked him to check on a dome light aside from other minor things. Howie did call to tell me what needed to be done, but he didn't tell me that he would charge me $23 to put in an $8 light bulb. I could have done that myself. I got the keys to my car, and then I couldn't find it anywhere in the lot. Luckily, when I walked back in, one of your great car jockeys came to my rescue. More
Everything is great except the price. Plain and simple, I had a B1 service coming up, which is replace oil and filter, inspect systems, rotate tires, check tire pressure, etc. That cost ~$170? Maybe that would be cheaper if I could find a coupon, but honestly, my regular mechanic doesn't use coupons, and I do not have to find them. I am your best customer, right? The guy whom is in a rush, can't be bothered to look for coupons and deals. I am glad I have hit my 36000 mile warranty mark, and now I feel no obligation to continue to have my Civic serviced by your dealership. The woman whom was at the service desk was very nice, and said I did received high marks for brakes and tires (they were in great shape, because they were new). I guess she was trying to get me to explain why they were in such good shape. It's because I purchased them online, and got my local mechanic to install them, at a fraction of the cost. If I had it done by Honda it would have probably been $1000 for the tires and installation alone, and add $250 for the brake job, and you probably would have said I needed new rotors. Also, ever since I bought the car in 2009, your car wash has been out of service. Really? Your service is very expensive, and you can't even deliver the very small perk of a clean car after getting back from the dealership? Jim More

This is a REVISION of my previous review of this servicing. We have been having our cars serviced at Curry Honda for at least 20 years and have always been pleased with the service. Jim explains everything clearly. On this occasion I was in for a servicing on 67,000 miles , it was a 15,000 mile increment service. I was told I needed front brakes and that they had never been replaced. I gave the authorization to go ahead and do them. I was a little upset that the servicing and brakes did cost nearly $1000. I was not prepared for that. I was however satisfied with the work done and with Jim especially in explaining my options to me. I did not want to leave the impression (in my first review) that the car only had 15,000 miles. It in fact has over 67,000 miles, so the original brakes lasted a long time. THIS REVIEW REPLACES MY PREVIOUS REVIEW. I will continue to recommend Cury Honda to friends who own Hondas. More
A painless experience - dropped the car off, quickly got a ride to work and got the car back in less than 2 hours. My best experience yet with service at ANY dealership.
