The reason for a 4 and a 5 for Customer Service was the telephone service I received. I had to call four (4) times to make an appointment. I brought my CRV in for an oil change and to address a few minor issues . The oil change was complimentary (first- thank you) but I was advised to have my tires balanced and rotated. When I got the bill, I was surprised to see I was charged $46+ for labor to rotate/balance the tires. My husband was upset that Honda charged so much! More
