Fast service; therefore, hanging out in the waiting room is not too bad. Very friendly and helpful. Staff remembers their customers. Courteous service when greeted! My wife dropped off her '07 CRV and was taken care of immediately. My wife was recently out of work and when she mentioned that she needed only the essential service done, t '07 CRV and was taken care of immediately. My wife was recently out of work and when she mentioned that she needed only the essential service done, the service department said that they understood and that they would assess what was needed. The service department said they would highly recommend certain services but understood that it was not feasible at this time and gave my wife suggestions on what to look for so that she would be safe and have peace of mind. Personally, I would rather have a service department that works with me rather than looking out to make a profit. If Curry Honda continues their professional Customer Service the way they have been doing, then they will have a continued customer in the Cruz household. I also want to single out a certain service employee for going above and beyond. I am not sure of the gentleman's name (my apologies), but he is usually the person who greets customers outside of the service entrance. He is an African-American gentleman with glasses, multiple ear piercings, a Doorag and or hat with long side burns (in the style of former NY Knick Legend Walt "Slyde the Glide" Frazier). This young man never ceases to be courteous and professional. The times that I have dropped off my wife's car he has greeted me with "Good Morning" or "Welcome to Honda" and seems to be genuine when greeting customers. As recently as two weeks ago, my wife purchased floor mats at the service desk and when she walked out to her car, this gentleman asked if she wanted help which my wife said yes. After taking out the old mats, he placed the new mats in the car and when my wife attempted to tip him, he immediately refused and insisted that it was "no big deal" and that my wife keep her tip. This is what true customer service should be. We as a society tend to point out the flaws and the bad times when dealing with Customer service industries but never the good things. When things go right, we never hear about it, so, I wanted to point out a "good thing". Kudos to the gentleman outside the service area! Keep on greeting people the way you do and keeping things flowing. Maybe some day we'll see you indoors behind one of those desks; whether it's service, sales or as GM.
