He has thorough, he was knowledgeable, he took his time to explain, he took his time to answer the questions, did not make me feel like he was out to get another buck, he simply showed excellent customer service and professionalism. I am so glad that I went here! The benefit of going to the dealership is that the Auto Body is also there. Even before I personally went to take my car - the customer service on the phone was very pleasant and they just made the experience to be picture perfect! More

Complaint about car repair. On 9/19/22 I brought my car in for repair at their body shop Honda of Yorktown having minor body damage. An attendant surveyed the vehicle and said On 9/19/22 I brought my car in for repair at their body shop Honda of Yorktown having minor body damage. An attendant surveyed the vehicle and said it would take about a week. Five days later I HAD TO CALL Honda (since no one reached out to us) to find out they needed more money for an additional piece that was not accounted for on the day the car was dropped off. After taking a day off of work to receive the car back on Oct 4 the repair was Not Satisfactory and of Poor Quality which was not at all what I expected. The tire that was supposed to be repaired was not only the wrong rim color but over inflated to 50 psi which triggered my air pressure sensor. On top of that, the driver side window, door frame and rear bumper was covered in dressing splatter that could not be wiped off. This is how the car was returned to me as a customer. I took the car in AGAIN on October 10 to repair the wheel and clean the splatter with a verbal guarantee the car will be fixed by the next day. I am highly dissatisfied with the services as the same problem has occurred again. Once again I had to call Honda (since no one reached out to us) to inquire about the vehicle to find out the wheel is still of the wrong color and had been delayed another day. I asked when they knew of this delay the attendant responded “30-minutes ago.” Why was I not notified immediately? I took the day off to on October 11 for NOTHING and now have to take ANOTHER day off for the 12th! As of my last conversation with the body shop, my car would be ready for pickup Wednesday Oct 12th. Darwin at Curry Honda helped me multiple times when my car needed service. He is very understanding and responsive. His customer service is what is needed in more places especially other Honda locations I car needed service. He is very understanding and responsive. His customer service is what is needed in more places especially other Honda locations I have been to. The technicians that serviced my car did a wonderful job. I also had the pleasure of working with Danny, who was just as helpful the one time I worked with him. Everybody deserves 5 stars. I will go back there again although I live over 50 miles away from this location. More

I took my 2018 Honda Accord for calibration of the radar and cameras after my windshield was replaced. They told me that they could not calibrate because there was damage and wanted to charge $3000 to repair. Gave my car back to me with the windshield camera taken apart and in pieces on my front seat. I asked to at least put the camera back together and now the camera cover will not stay in place. Called to speak to service manager, Dan Nogueira. First they said he was with a customer then they said he went to lunch. I'm not sure I want them to touch my car again. All around extremely poor customer service. Update: Took my car to Safelite where my windshield was initially replaced. Recalibrated radar and camera in about 30 min. but camera cover that Curry Honda damaged still will not stay in place. More
3 months for a 4 day repair. I won't be buying from Honda again due to the original issue and I certainly won't be doing business with any Curry dealership again. I'm guessing they treat paying customers again due to the original issue and I certainly won't be doing business with any Curry dealership again. I'm guessing they treat paying customers with more respect, but victims of manufacturing defects seeking repairs under federal recall are certainly not worth their time or attention. May 10th Body Shop Manager takes pictures and measurements of paint damage to submit to Honda. I’m told that Honda typically responds in about a month and a potential repair would take up to 1 week. June 24th I call Curry Honda to check on the status of the recall authorization. I’m told by the employee who answered the phone (not the manager) that the paperwork was never submitted to Honda and that a note will be left in the file to remind the manager to submit it. July 16th I call Curry Honda to check on the status of the recall authorization (again). The paperwork has been submitted, but Honda has not responded yet. July 20th I receive a call from Curry Honda informing me that the repair has been authorized and it is scheduled to begin on August 9th. No loaner vehicle will be provided and the repair should take 4-5 days. No paperwork is provided to me. August 9th Vehicle is dropped off for the repair. I sign paperwork authorizing the repair and am not given a copy of anything. August 13th I call Curry Honda to check on the status of the repair and I’m told that the windshield was broken during removal and they are now waiting on a replacement to arrive so that the repair can be completed with an estimate given of another week. Again, no loaner vehicle is offered and no explanation is provided as to why I was not informed of the issue and the delay. Manager claims that I was told of the possibility of this issue and the timeline of up to 2 weeks from the beginning. The only possible explanation is that the timeline is the on the paperwork signed at drop off, which I was never provided a copy of. August 18th Curry Honda calls to inform me that the car is ready. When I arrive to pick it up, I am not asked to sign anything, nor is any paperwork given to me to serve as receipt of the work being done. Car has been washed, and inspection sticker was destroyed and reinstalled backwards. More
