Very helpful and knowledge representative. Trina was extremely helpful and pleasant regarding the need to replace both sun visors. Great customer service approach. Trina doubled checked to see if the defective equipment was covered by warranty and the visors were covered. The visors were not in stock and thus had to be ordered. Very good follow up when the visors came in to the stock room. Also very skillful approach at the time of the visor replacement visit. OVERALL VERY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE More
I had a pleasant expreience with each of the 3 test drives oif various cars that I had on the first visit. Rick was patient and explained the vehicles' features. I commuted from about an hour away to look at a car at Curry Honda because they had a great price and there weren't many cars in my area that had such a great price. We got there and Marty helped us. We had questions, and Marty wasn't very helpful in trying to "sell" us the car, give us information, explain features of the car, any of that. I kind of wrote it off because of the price. It was a Sunday, so we couldn't take the car home that day. We came by the next day to pick up and ended up being there for over 2 hours. My fiance was dealing with the finance manager throughout the day, and he said that Robert was not returning his calls when he was supposed to and made him run around at the last minute to get paperwork together that we didn't even know about. I even had to go to my bank to fax stuff before a certain time in order for us to get the car that same night. When we went to pick up the car, we looked inside to see how the car looked. This was the WORST detail I have ever seen done on a car. There was dog hair all over the ceiling of the car, there were smudges and spray marks all over the dash and gauges. It reeked of chemicals and bleach. And a few days later, I even found a silver pouch that had a chemical cleaner in it stuffed between my seats that I guess they forgot to take out. I couldn't believe how much time we wasted, and how a dealership could not know how to properly detail a car. A few weeks after driving the car, we were having problems with the brakes squeaking. We called and Marty told us to make an appointment and bring it in and they would take a look. When my fiance called the service department and made an appointment for 9, they told him they would probably be running late and he would most likely be there for most of the day. What's the point of an appointment then?? While the price of the car was great, they don't offer much compared to other dealerships. You get one free oil change and that's about it. While other dealerships have at least a couple, and some have lifetime oil changes, inspections, etc. I felt like they were extremely unprofessional with us and I would certainly not recommend purchasing a car there. UPDATE: Shortly after posting this review, I was contacted by Mark Finch, the General Sales Manager. He was very concerned about the experience that I had at Curry Honda and helped to resolve the issue. Thanks Mark! More
I have been a faithful Honda Accord Owner for the past 13 years and my 2002, although still in tip top shape at 197,000 miles, was ready for a new owner (my sister.)In my quest for a new vehicle, I have been years and my 2002, although still in tip top shape at 197,000 miles, was ready for a new owner (my sister.)In my quest for a new vehicle, I have been researching cars on the internet and more importantly test driving them each weekend for the past several months; including Chevy Camaro's; Mazda RX-8's and Volkswagon CC's. After testing these vehicles out, I saved the best for last.... an upgrade from my rather boring 4 cylinder 4 door sedan to the 6 cylinder 2 door sporty coupe 2011 Accord. Once inside I felt like "I was home again." Although the ride was vastly different and much more comfortable than my 2002; there was a basic comfortable familiarity feeling that I was in the right vehicle. I truly "dreaded" the feared "negotiations" and hoped that my boyfriend would handle the heavy load; however, Jose made us feel very comfortable and mananged to keep the pain of negotiation at a minimum. His sense of humor helped and his colleagues also chimed in, making us feel welcome and not forced into the purchase. After a little more than one hour, and I found myself signing the papers, I realized that I shouldn't mess with a good thing! I have been so pleased with the Honda family and the folks at Curry Honda! Strange as it may seem, I actually look forward to my 3000 oil change visits and the chance to chat with my pal Andy DiNoble and the rest of the crew. Don't get me wrong....I am just like the rest of the waiting room "victims" who fear the dreaded premature "visit" from the service associate informing you about an "unpredicted" repair that requires attention and calls for extra cash $$$. But I feel confident that if and when those visits do occur; it is because the car truly requires it...and not because Honda is trying to make some extra cash. So far, my new ride has been a real treat; and I am confident that I selected a safe, comfortable, reliable, yet sporty looking vehicle that will hopefully give me plenty of years of safe transit. Should trouble arise...God forbid...I know the folks at Curry will be there to help keep me safe! More
