What a shoddy used car operation they have.....I bought a 2008 Certified Used Honda Pilot...which means it comes with 7yr/100k warranty.....they proceeded to tell me that it was not covered beyond the basic 2008 Certified Used Honda Pilot...which means it comes with 7yr/100k warranty.....they proceeded to tell me that it was not covered beyond the basic 90 days. Yes it was indeed certified and that if I wanted the 7yr/100k I had to buy it, which unfortunately I did....for over $2000!!!!! They bold face lied to me and sold me something I didn't need!!! Don't talk to Marty or anyone there for a used car!! Go to Brewster or any other Honda Dealership....I wish I knew who to report them to and how to get the money back for my double warranty!! Basil is so sketchy....and a smooth liar!!! Marty kept sending me thank you emails for a car I didn't buy (a 2009 Pilot)! Seems they can't keep any facts straight!!!!! They were VERY VERY pushy about having to decide right then and there and no flexibility with picking up the car....even with all the snow last January! I would NEVER recommend this dealership!!! Brought car in for 1st, minor service (oil change, filter, tire rotation), reset Tire Pressure light & NY Inspection. Inspection not done, even tho I had mentioned it initially & even tho the service filter, tire rotation), reset Tire Pressure light & NY Inspection. Inspection not done, even tho I had mentioned it initially & even tho the service receipt showed that inspection expires 7/2011-had to bring car back to have this done. The Tire Pressure light was not reset, even tho tires rotated & service done, so I'm going to have to go back AGAIN. Usually LOVE your service department but am not very happy with it this time. More
I have been coming here since I was given the car from my mother who passed away. Each time I schedule an appointment, they are ready when I arrive. Within thirty seconds the car is being looked over with me mother who passed away. Each time I schedule an appointment, they are ready when I arrive. Within thirty seconds the car is being looked over with me prior to entering the shop. The staff remember s your first and last name without having to look up your name ahead. I spend my time at the shop waiting. If I felt it was an all day project I would definitively go home. The time has been reasonable to getting my car ready. The staff will let me know when something comes up on the car and advised me the recommendations on the issue, but what is great is they don't push to have it done or have it done immediately. I trust them on their word for when issues have come up and I arrange on next schedule visit to include recommendations. I plan for my car to pass the mileage of my previous car and with their help I plan to succeed. Good staff, good location and the price is competitive with other places, that is why I plan to keep using them to work on my car. More

The dealer worked very hard to obtain the vehicle I wanted, especially considering the reduced Honda production following the earthquake and tsunami. The sales representative, Bill Fahringer, even ca wanted, especially considering the reduced Honda production following the earthquake and tsunami. Due to storm damage, we had to replace our car sooner than we wanted. We had visited a couple of dealerships at night specifically because we did not want to be "sold". We were also unsure as to weather than we wanted. We had visited a couple of dealerships at night specifically because we did not want to be "sold". We were also unsure as to weather we were ready to change from a minivan, to buy new, to lease for a few years to buy used,etc. We had a million questions and a LOT of wariness. Our last van was a Honda purchased elsewhere and it was an experience we had no desire to replicate. While we were happy with the vehicle, we felt ripped off at the dealership and most especially by the service department. So, this time, we went to Curry and met Steve Meliti.He was friendly and open, asked us a lot of questions and figured out just exactly what we needed. He listened to our concerns. He sold us just what we needed, a van just off lease in good shape without a ton of miles and just enough bells and whistles to not feel like a compromise. He could have pushed for new or for a loaded new on a lease but he didn't. We trusted him and we will definitely go back and definitely recommend him and the dealership to others. In addition to the sale, he also helped run interference with the body shop and our insurance company when our sorry soggy van was towed to Curry for a laughably late diognostic. He dove in and help move it along for us.Clearly not his job, but it meant a lot to us, we never had a situation like this. So was this a good experience, yeah. I would say so. More
