We do apologize that you had a concern with our service department. We did attempt to contact you to discuss it with you; however we did not receive any return email or phone call to try and resolve the issue. We had hoped to discuss your comments with you so you could completely understand how your transmission operates. The reason your transmission is shifting ok right now is due to us resetting the transmission computer and clearing the fault codes. Since your transmission is electronically controlled and the fault codes are cleared it will shift normally until the fault codes return. Regarding your oil change being performed .Your wife did request an oil change which we performed the oil change as requested on the work order. Your engine oil would not have to be drained to perform any transmission work if you had decided to have any repairs performed at our dealership or at your friends repair shop. We did provide answers to questions initiated by your wife concerning the value of your vehicle, but our first concern was the repair of your vehicle. We sincerely would have liked the opportunity to discuss and resolve your concerns.
