We brought the car in to be serviced for vibration feeling when braking and our first oil change. The appointment was for 8AM and the car was taken in for service as soon as we arrived at 8. Trina was very friendly to us when we arrived and she updated us on the progress periodically while waiting for the car to be serviced. During the servicing, the car was checked out and taken for a test drive. Additionally, we learned that the car was given the required NYS Inspection while being serviced. the waiting area was clean, spacious, and provided us with coffee, snacks and newspapers. The staff was courteous and friendly right from the moment we brought the car into the service garage to the cashier desk when the service was completed. More
I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and try to take them both to the Service for what ever I need, this past time, was horrible. I waited approx 4 hours for an oil change, headlamp replacement to take them both to the Service for what ever I need, this past time, was horrible.
