This dealership offered to value my used car in response to a form I filled out online at BlackBook.com. CURRY contacted ME by both email and telephone. I took my car over (a 35 minute drive) and they said it was worth $800. I never pretended I was going to buy a car from them. Four days later (after I had turned down several $500 offers) I went back and they said they'd give me $400, saying that the $800 price was "approximate." I don't know any situation in which $400 is "approximately" $800. Unfortunately I don't know the name of the man who lied to my face. Curry's ad copy says that they're "simply the best." I heartily disagree. More

This is my second lease with Curry Honda and second time dealing with Steve. He was very helpful in locating the car I wanted and gave me a very good price as well. In the last three years I have leased or purchased four cars and I also brought in my parents and a friend to lease cars from Curry Honda. That's 7 cars in three years. Obviously I like the place or I wouldn't come back after the first one nor would I drive from Rockland to Westchester every time bypassing at least three other Honda dealership along the way. What I like the most about Curry Honda is their no hassle customer service. I have worked with Toni on every car that I got and she is the internet sales manager. In all cases I had all the price paperwork from her prior to coming in so in most cases I came in to finalize the papers sign the lease and drive away in a new car. There has never been a case where a price would not be disclosed on the phone or something would be said that wasn't true when I came in. Unfortunately I have had plenty of bad experiences with other dealerships in the past so the customer service was extremely important and I am very pleased at the last three years working with Toni. On the sales side I have dealt with Tom for most of the years but since his recent departure I started working with David on my last two vehicles. Toni recommended him as my new sales consultant and he is great. David knows his stuff and after meeting me for the first time he had an idea of what my needs are and was able to advise and guide me flawlessly through the process. Between David and Toni I had an answer to any of my questions within minutes and this is how customer service should work. This is how you win customer loyalty (remember 7 cars in three years). I also wanted to point out the finance manager Basil whom I had the pleasure of meeting and working with on the last two cars as well. This was the best lease signing experience ever as his approach is also very hassle free and to the point to get you on your way as soon as possible. Price wise I always got the deals that I thought were fair. The customer service level I receive keeps me coming back to Curry Honda and I look forward to continuing the relationship going. More

As for purchasing a new car I would have to turn my head the other way! They always come in the highest and I have tried three times over the past twelve years of purchasing Honda from this dealership! For some reason they never can beat or match a price of another dealership locally or in the region! We just tried recently with a purchase of a new Hodna Odyssey Touring Elite which they came in the highest and when I showed them three other offers they still could not match even close to the highest of the three offers (since we wanted to purchase locally)! Even locals from the area mentioned the same situation about there prices on new cars! Overall I will continue to be loyal to the service and parts department because this dealership is the best in those two departments More
