Trina always goes above and beyond what any other service department representative has ever done, compared to past experiences with other service departments. I just loved the experience from the minute we walked in. Everyone was friendly and attentive. I spoke a little bit with David and he asked me questions about what I was looking for in a car. He found the perfect car and color for me with all the options I was looking for. I loved the fact that he was not pushy. He made me leave the showroom to go home and talk to my husband about it. I of course went back that evening and purchased the car. We had such a great experience that we ended up getting my husband a CRV also. We have been dealing with this dealership for a few years and I drove a Olds, but not anymore. I love my accord and David was wonderful.
