From start to finish our car buying experience with Steve Monaco of CURRY was everything a car buying experience should. It was a pleasure working with Steve and his colleagues at Curry . There was none of the "So sorry the car we advertised has been sold but we have several other cars unfortunately they cost a little more" or " you can buy it at this price but you have to buy it in the next 60 seconds". There was absolutely no pressure to buy or lease any car and when we did buy our CRV it was at the right price. Best of all the real price of the car was the real price there were no "Hidden Costs" to jack up the purchase price. Our car buying experience with Steve and with Curry Honda was enjoyable and not scary or frightening as it could have been somewhere else. Sales was very good but finance and dealer delievery poor. Sales associate Carlos was very knowledgeable and worked hard to get the deal I was looking for. I would recommend him to anyone, just not the dealer. Purchased a Certified Pre-owned Honda Pilot. To start, finance had wrong numbers. My agreed upon payment and purchase price of car were different. In addition, there was lack of communication that caused this issue. I basically had to negotiate again. However, they did work to get the situation right. The worst part was the delivery of the vehicle. During the test drive I noticed many stains on the seats, the doors and food left on the floor and under the seats. When I went to pick the car up, nothing was clean. Stains were there, carpet was dirty and was coming undone by the passenger door. In fact, I found more "stuff" when I pushed the seats forward to access the third row. They did address the outside marks and scratches. Working with them to get this fixed. Whether you purchase a new car or used, the car should be delivered clean and in good shape. More

Great Dealership sales and service Number One { 1} today is 8/7/15 I brought my Honda Accord in for service .the service writer was Dan Nogueira he greeted me with a big smile and said what can we today is 8/7/15 I brought my Honda Accord in for service .the service writer was Dan Nogueira he greeted me with a big smile and said what can we do for you today I explained the service I needed he asked for my keys and he gave them to a mechanic Andrew Ellsworth who in turn worked on my vehicle .Dan told me that my car was ready I couldn't believe it so fast so clean and neat . the service manger passed by and greeted me with a big hello Jim Ferrara this is not a dealership but their like family . Steve Patrikos new car sales heard that I was asking about the 2016 models he told me that he would let me know when the 2016 model would be in . Dawn Brisson who answers all the calls is so cheerful and friendly .There is a lady in service named Jeannie Salamin who gets all the service calls when the writers are busy takes messages or forwards it to their email . And yes the service writers call you back .Other dealers can learn a lot from Curry Honda . More
