Great experiences I first met David when I bought my CRV. More importantly The salesperson Iris was so straight forward-honest-no nonsense-i loved it. I asked her a million questions and she answered everything and if she did not know she got someone who did. Picking up my car with all the electronics i was unfamiliar with with so easy, . she set me up. I would recommend anyone buying a car to buy from Iris if you want no BS and some fun!! More

Poor Customer Service On Saturday, January 28, 2017, I went car shopping. I had leased a car in 2014, and the lease was going to be up in a few months. I went to a few dealerships, and one of them was Curry Honda. When I walked in, the customer service representative paged the next available salesperson, and I waited for an extended period of time. Finally I was greeted, he showed me one car and never really explained what the features were, and never showed me the "better" model because another car was in the way. When we got back in to the showroom, he went back to his manager once and offered no flexibility. He made me feel like, because I was in a Honda dealership, that I should expect that the price was the price. The advertisements that they constantly show describe wonderful customer service which they don't have, and I will never return to that dealership. More

Can't put 0 stars-Bad experience. I went into Honda in hopes of receiving additional quotes on a new vehicle. I went into Honda Yorktown, and let them know about what another Honda was I went into Honda in hopes of receiving additional quotes on a new vehicle. I went into Honda Yorktown, and let them know about what another Honda was offering me for a 2016 vehicle. They told me that I was lying (even though I had the papers to show) and that the other dealership was just scamming me. They wouldn't even talk to me about quotes on their Honda FITs, instead decided that their time was better spent talking poorly about the other dealership. I was in there for about 15 minutes and decided that I should leave because I couldn't even get a question in. I ended up going back to Honda Newburgh, where I was treated very nicely, bought a new car and happy with the amazing deal I got. More

Although we did not purchase the car in the end, our experience with Kayla was excellent. She was very patient, helpful, honest, extremely proactive and we would have bought the Honda, except for the fact they provided no incentives like a promotional interest rate. This was out of Kayla's control. Had we been offered an interest rate or other incentive to have the price be more competitive, we would have bought the car. We ended up buying something else that included incentives. When we told Kayla we were not buying the car, her reaction and honesty were so much appreciated, that I felt compelled to write this review for her. Curry Honda needs more Kaylas - and incentives for the Pilot. More
