Hitesh = the best We were all set to do a deal for the 2020 Pilot through Tarrytown Honda, but I thought I would check out Curry and compare. When I came in (on crutches), Hitesh offered me a seat at his station and told me someone would be right with me. At first I was a little put off that he was passing me off to someone else, but then he came back and said that he would be taking care of me. I was pleased that he did that, because I had a good vibe from him right away, and I really don't like the experience of buying cars, dealing with salespeople etc...Hitesh was a consummate professional and was very easy to work with and up front. I am very happy that he helped us into our new 2020 Pilot. I also appreciated that he took care of the fees that our 2017 CRV had been assessed. We received certified mail that we owed X amount for wear and tear...One call to Hitesh and he took care of everything and we owed nothing to Honda. I would definitely lease another Honda from Curry, the service is also great, and when this lease is over I look forward to working with Hitesh Sharma again. One negative: the body shop. Had a little fender bender and was told to get an estimate and bring the car in, so I did, and they just took pictures and said I had to come back another time. This was a useless 2-hour round trip for me. This was on June 23rd. Anyhow I was told that I would be contacted after the 4th of July weekend for my appointment. No one ever called, and when I followed up they had no information for my car and said the parts were not even ordered. The car is still in the body shop and it's going on a month since my initial visit. More
