I scheduled an appointment for a mandatory repair after receiving a notification from Honda that there was a potentially defective part on my CR -V tire / wheel structure suspension. The repairs went quicker than I had originally anticipated & I got a coupon for a free car wash. This was an improvement on the previous time I was sent there by Honda back in 2021. That time, I waited an awful long time to get serviced & the manager was a total jerk who offered NO compensation when I complained. I just hope they fixed properly what needed to be repaired. More
