Poor follow up with customer I have had my car serviced off and on at Curry. Recently I brought my car in for a repair that required Curry ordering a part for which in the past I I have had my car serviced off and on at Curry. Recently I brought my car in for a repair that required Curry ordering a part for which in the past I have always received a call when the part came in from the service advisor to advise me of this along with booking an appointment to put the part in my car, In this case, I did not hear from the service advisor in regards to my part being in until after I received a letter from parts stating the part was in and to come pick it up, which was 2 days after the part came in. I had called a few times to inquire about the status of the part and left messages that were not returned. I went to Curry myself to book the appointment to put the part in my car. When I went to pick up my car I informed reception that I was there and they talked with the service advisor who was to let me know the status of my car. I waited for an hour for the service advisor to come and talk to me which did not happen. Again poor customer service. I saw my car come into the bay area, which how I knew it was ready. I am happy with the mechanics service and installation of the part in my car. This is the first time I have encountered this with Curry as I feel that their customer service is usually very good. Not sure why this experience was so vastly different that my past experiences with Curry. More
