Oil Change I made an early morning appointment (7 AM) for an oil change. I arrived on time and my vehicle was completed by 7:40 AM. I told the service agent th I made an early morning appointment (7 AM) for an oil change. I arrived on time and my vehicle was completed by 7:40 AM. I told the service agent that I had previously checked my air pressure on my tires which I kept at 36 PSI and to please not reset my tire air pressure. I also stated I had just installed my own new air filter which now did not have to be checked. My vehicle was serviced to my satisfaction. I bought my vehicle (2007 Honda Pilot) new at this dealership and have had it serviced exclusively at this dealership with no complaints and complete satisfaction. I now have driven it 170,000 + miles and it will be 12 full years of my ownership in April 2019. More
Disappointing service experience. I usually have the car serviced at Curry, but was very disappointed in how this was handled. I was in for basic service oil change and tire rotation I usually have the car serviced at Curry, but was very disappointed in how this was handled. I was in for basic service oil change and tire rotation which led to having to go 2 days in a row?. Upon leaving the car made a very loud noise after driving a few miles. By this time the service dept. was closed and I had to call the next am. They did fit me in, but it required a second visit for basic service? I know everyone is not perfect and may have occasional mistakes, but what got me really upset was the lack of concern that I had to go back a second day? Curry called saying my car was ready, so I went at lunch time to pick it up. Brandon did explain the problem and told me it was corrected. Even though they were at fault requiring a 2 time visit, they did not rush to get my car ready when I got there the 2nd day? They said there was no charge and sent me to the register to get the keys and when there were 3 people in front of me. I went back out and asked them to get my car and they pulled 2 more vehicles in before mine was finally brought in. After requiring 2 visits for an oil change and tire rotation, they should have said I'm sorry let me get your car immediately. Instead go to the register and expected to wait in line?? More

Technician ran electrical scan checking for a short none found they reset my radio and noted the issue should it happen again. Everyone was prompt, polite and took my car right in at scheduled time. I am very satisfied with the excellent service at Curry Honda. I love my 2017 Honda CRV it is an awesome vehicle. More
